Phlebotomy

Anyone who is 18 years and older who has a high school diploma or a GED/high school equivalency . One exception is if you are a senior in high school 17-18 years of age you can take class as long as you can provide transcripts after graduation to National Healthcare Association within 12 months after taking NHA Exam.

AZHTI students will receive an AZHTI Arizona Phlebotomy Technician Certificate and with the passing of the National Healthcare Association Exam will receive a National Certificate for Phlebotomy Technician. All test are included in registration of class.
